Hired them in 10/22 to repave (new layer on top of) existing asphalt walking trails in our community parkland. Asphalt was not properly compacted. Asphalt has a coarse texture and immediately started coming loose. Edges are crumbling and there are areas where it has completely came off down to the original layer. Contract stated thickness applied would be 1-1/2" thick. In the areas that came off, I can see it's only 1/2" thick in that area. Makes me wonder how much of their work is only 1/2" thick.
