Wonderful quaint inn. They had a brief live music performance. Look out for the gorgeous peacock feathers!
Spacious rooms, very kind staff, great location. But - in my opinion they do know know how to manage property well - they did not clean the trash from our balcony for 3 days (even though we were asking for it and the trash was after another guests), daily cleaning was one of the worst we ever had (nearly did not exist). Decent, repetitive breakfasts.
Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, wenn man die Insel erkunden will. Überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, die beim Frühstücken sogar Blumen verteilt haben. Leckeres Frühstück mit Bagels, frischen Obst, Joghurt und Bio-Säften (Tetra-Pack). Der Kaffee war besonders gut (Kauai-Kaffee!). Der Garten des Hotels ist auch ein Paradies für Pfaue, Hühner, Vögel und Katzen. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, auch weil es schon 130 Jahres alt ist und einen besonderen Charme hat!
The customer service was fantastic and the rooms were nice. It’s an older facility but has been taken care of and the views of the surrounding area are incredible. Bed was comfy, room was clean and breakfast was good. As a whole, great experience. A plus for me is that the owners have taken in several cats from the surrounding area and they roam the hotel campus and are friendly to the guests. Made the visit more homey and welcoming.
Some of the best service we have ever received from a hotel. The staff went above and beyond!! We were booked here by our airline after a cancelled flight, so we weren’t sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The management went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and make sure we had everything we needed from transportation to a shower after a day at the beach (before our flight).
