The whole working process is not transparent. Customer was not told what was wrong for large quantity water leaking , not pointed which tube was broken. They did not do any diagnosis. K-Plumbing just laid new tubes about 10 feet long in the supposed leaking area. The leaking problems is still there and the K-Plumbing blamed the problem on the underground tubes on the City meter side. Then why did you replaced the old tubes? Costing over $2,600.

Horrible experience. Called them to come out on a Saturday due to a hot water bath faucet that would not stop flowing. Tech (Preston) arrived and immediately without inspecting or physically touching any parts said it was due to a faulty cartridge and that the part is impossible to find and they do not and cannot source it since it was discontinued. Only solution was to turn off all the hot water to my home to get the water to stop flowing and I was charged a $138.00 service charge. Fast forward to Monday, I called another c... read more
