I cannot recommend Katrina Johnson highly enough. She is a lovely individual and a very skilled and thorough realtor. Not only did she help find the perfect buyer for our condo, but because we live out of town, she personally handled everything that had to be done to it - all repairs, painting and renovations (she has great taste and connections.)
