A pleasent surprise! we travel to Tampa often for business and have stayed at several Hilton and Marriott properties. The Karol is by far the best! Nice property, friendly service, clean rooms good food and a nice lounge.
This was our second time to dine and we're not disappointed. My husband surprised me for my birthday 3 years ago and I did the same on Friday for his 80th. From the time I visited to reserve the private room ask the way through dinner. JT is one of the managers and he was always so kind and patient.
