All I can say is "WOW!" This hotel is one of those rare gems, from the outside you wouldn't realize what a beautiful property it is. From the concierge lounge, to the rooftop bar, to the rooms themselves-- every touch has been thought out meticulously. This will be a new staple for my business travel.
Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Nicest staff. Brunch was great, Matt was our server - super attentive! We had a reservation for a wrong date, they fixed it in a blink of an eye. Great service all around.
I recently stayed at the Karol Hotel for the first time. I had attended events here in the past for work dinners. I previously enjoyed a well serviced dinner in the restaurant on the ground level. On this visit, I enjoyed time and the views from the rooftop bar as well as my accommodations. My room had everything I needed, and the LG TV was perfect for my Netflix binging in the evening. When I return to the area for work, this is the place I will wish to stay again.
We had a wonderful stay at The Karol. The staff was very helpful during our visit and went above and beyond. All of their dining outlets are a can't miss, we especially loved Katch. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated.
