Great stay. The room was clean, and the lodge is in a fantastic location. The front desk supervisor was helpful and kind, and provided quarters for laundry
I had a great experience! As many people have stated, while the room might not be the most updated, it was clean and had everything I needed. Not sure why people booked the place expecting it to be a luxury hotel and are then surprised when it isn’t lol. The location of the lodge was very ideal since it’s right next to the Kancamagus Highway but is a little further up from the shopping area so there was less traffic, which was a plus for me. Hey, remember it's a lodge not the Ritz, however... You have everything you need, it's clean, quiet, and you won't be bothered unless y'all deserve it. Highly recommend. Thank you to the front desk. This amazing woman waited for us to arrive, an hour post shift, to assist w a card processing issue. We had been driving 3 hours... We will definitely return again!
