I am a home inspector and meet many realtors. I have found that John and Joseph Kalina look out for their clients' best interest above all else. Some realtors want home inspectors to underplay defects found during the inspection so that the sale goes through. The Kalina Brothers are different. They ask me to make sure their clients are protected by giving an extremely thorough report. You couldn't ask for more trustworthy agents.
Joseph and John are real estate professionals with the best interests of their clients in mind. They were very transparent in all aspects of our home purchase process in Braselton, GA. We knew nothing of the area as we moved from Vermont. Their knowledge of the local market was intuitive and utilizing their guidance greatly assisted us in making a purchase. We would highly recommend their services to all interested parties regarding real estate transactions.
