I really enjoyed my time at Kaizen! Ollie is an amazing teacher who genuinely cares how each person is doing. The community is awesome and welcoming and I learnt heaps about my body and different movements - especially handstands! Would highly recommend.
The Kaizen Movement is not just a gym, is an amazing space filled with beautiful people and a lot of fun. I went to Kaizen for about a year and from complete beginner I learnt a lot, my mobility improved dramatically and I was challenged in unexpected ways. That is the Ollie effect! Ollie is an awesome human being and a terrific teacher. Best gym ever!!!
Kaizen has been one of the most welcoming, fun and vibrant gyms I’ve joined. Kaizen has a beautiful, accepting community that enriches the experience and makes this place so much more than just a gym. My handstands have grown immensely over the few years I’ve been going; thanks to the experienced coaches and well designed programs. Ollie brings an unmatched energy to every class, which makes it all the more worth while!
