Very impressed with Dr Kagen and all of his staff. They are kind and very thorough. I’ve never had a doctor who takes as much time and care with his patients. He’s very good at using common explanations to me and my wife and makes us feel very welcome. Highly recommended 10 out of 10.
It was suggested from a NP to make an appt to see Dr Kagen for our 20 yr old son. We did and how impressed we were! We learned our son was misdiagnosed with Celiac Dicease, and had a lot more allergies than we even knew. I will say that I read other reviews and some of the appt were canceled. I understand that frustration. For my sons appt it ended up going over (way over) because at the end they asked him to blow into a Feno machine. His result was extremely high and the Dr had to come back in. This making the appt run long... read more
They keep billing me for services that I never recieved.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. I scheduled my first appointment a few weeks in advance and they cancelled on me last minute. I had an appointment scheduled for today, which they also cancelled on me last minute as well. I understand stuff happens and things come up, but I was just frustrated at the fact that I was being cancelled twice in a row. Makes it seem like it’s purposely being done. My doctor put in a referral a month agofor Dr Steven Kagen the allergist she's worked with him before and I saw a picture of him and was never called for a response. I called them a couple weeks ago and Monday. I left messages and they never returned my call. That's fine I'll go somewhere else there's many doctors out there like him with better reviews.
