Dr. Kagen is very kind and listens to your concerns. He makes sure you are taken care of and heard. He has helped me with my complex medical conditions and brought them to light. I am very thankful for him and his staff. If you need a doctor that will be next to you, rather than above you, this is him. He will help you the absolute best he can and he is the best!
Absolutely dysfunctional, do not go here for treatment. I was told my appt would take 60-90 mins and to plan accordingly. I arrived 10 mins early and waited over 45 mins just to be taken to a room. I waited another 45 mins inside the room and even had to go out to ask how much longer it would be. This “doctor” finally came in and talked and talked in absolute circles about things I didn’t need and didn’t care to know. Wait was interminable.
I have been to this clinic since February and now it is May and they have not called to inform me of what I am allergic to. I have called the clinic several times and no one has answered the phone. I left a message please call me back but they have not called back. I would like to know how many months I have to wait to find out what I am allergic
Very impressed with Dr Kagen and all of his staff. They are kind and very thorough. I’ve never had a doctor who takes as much time and care with his patients. He’s very good at using common explanations to me and my wife and makes us feel very welcome. Highly recommended 10 out of 10.
