Dr. Kagen is very kind and listens to your concerns. He makes sure you are taken care of and heard. He has helped me with my complex medical conditions and brought them to light. I am very thankful for him and his staff. If you need a doctor that will be next to you, rather than above you, this is him. He will help you the absolute best he can and he is the best!
Absolutely dysfunctional, do not go here for treatment. I was told my appt would take 60-90 mins and to plan accordingly. I arrived 10 mins early and waited over 45 mins just to be taken to a room. I waited another 45 mins inside the room and even had to go out to ask how much longer it would be. This “doctor” finally came in and talked and talked in absolute circles about things I didn’t need and didn’t care to know. Wait was interminable.
Very impressed with Dr Kagen and all of his staff. They are kind and very thorough. I’ve never had a doctor who takes as much time and care with his patients. He’s very good at using common explanations to me and my wife and makes us feel very welcome. Highly recommended 10 out of 10.
It was suggested from a NP to make an appt to see Dr Kagen for our 20 yr old son. We did and how impressed we were! We learned our son was misdiagnosed with Celiac Dicease, and had a lot more allergies than we even knew. I will say that I read other reviews and some of the appt were canceled. I understand that frustration. For my sons appt it ended up going over (way over) because at the end they asked him to blow into a Feno machine.
