I have been coming to this gym since 2021 and I can honestly say it is the best place to be!! The best atmosphere and the best coaches who push you to your limits. LOVE the Junkyard community!

Liked the class. Appreciated the modifications friendly atmosphere and help from instructor. Songs were fun. Wish childcare didn’t involve TV (or maybe not for the entire period of the class?) but I get it when there are more kids. We try to limit screens but you do what you can, I guess! Overall, enjoyed class and am hopeful coming back will help me rebuild strength after a hard season
These guys blast VERY bassy music at 5:30 a.m. despite living across the steeet from an apartment complex. I've gone to complain to them, but I literally can't talk when i go there because the music is so loud. complete and utter unprofessionals!
I had an awesome experience at Junkyard Fitness! Lauren was an incredible coach from the moment I walked in. Super friendly, motivating, and welcoming, especially for someone newer to the classes. She brings great energy, explains everything really well, and pushes you in the best way possible while still making the environment fun and comfortable.
