I love how each coach is encouraging and they support you and they have their own twist to each of the workouts, but no matter what coach you always know they are going to push you and make you better.

I have been coming to this gym since 2021 and I can honestly say it is the best place to be!! The best atmosphere and the best coaches who push you to your limits. LOVE the Junkyard community!

Liked the class. Appreciated the modifications friendly atmosphere and help from instructor. Songs were fun. Wish childcare didn’t involve TV (or maybe not for the entire period of the class?) but I get it when there are more kids. We try to limit screens but you do what you can, I guess! Overall, enjoyed class and am hopeful coming back will help me rebuild strength after a hard season
