Hard workout! But I feel sooo much better afterwards!
Undoubtedly, this gym is the best. The instructor, Jennifer Clinkscales, was exceptional. From the commencement of the workouts to the cool-down phase, everyone made my daughter and me feel at ease and welcome. .
Really enjoy the classes and the workout! The people are so helpful!
After taking my first two classes at the Junkyard, I can say that every second is worth it!
