Wonderful workout with great coaches to encourage and motivate you! A gym that feels more like family and will make you want to come back for more (most of the time 🤣)
The junkyard is a great place to workout, it's never boring, always challenging and the coaches are great motivators.
The classes are incredible! I always leave feeling great about myself! The staff and people are friendly and welcoming and it is definitely worth the try if you haven’t yet.
I let the kids watch a movie in the kids’ room while I crank out some come cardio and lifting set to a banging playlist and guided by coaches who believe in me probably more than I believe in myself. It’s the ultimate ME time.
The coaches are great. The environment is safe and fun. You’re going to sweat, you’re going to hurt afterwards, but it’s so worth it! 10/10!
