terrible customer service. had an appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance.. on the day of, they no call no showed. i called several times and waited for hours for them to show up to no avail. I called the customer service number who only could tell me to “keep waiting” because they could not get ahold of the driver either. Finally, they offered to reschedule me to 3 days later, on Tuesday when my original appointment was on Saturday morning. Junkluggers gave me excellent service at a fair price. They arrived on time, very pleasant worker. They expertly removed my furniture items being very careful to not cause any damage. Then donated the items to a Disabled American Veterans thrift store. I highly recommend and would use Junkluggers again.
