I'm having a lot of fun so far! It's so much more affordable than a gym and I can feel full body muscles strains the next day -so you know it's all actually working! Loving the music too! Tania is so lovely and cheerful to everyone and inclusive and the vibes in this place is exactly like the energy she gives off. I came by myself but she doesn't mind if you come around or bring a tribe

Jungle body with Tania is just so much fun! It doesn’t feel like work or exercise. She adapts it easily for you if ur new or hav an injury. Always a class I leave feeling great and one I look forward too each week!
Honestly, Tania is the best fitness instructor. I absolutely love being in her class. She has awesome moves and it's just so much fun! Her classes are in the best location, always easy to get a park and the fact that its in a dark environment, you can sweat it out and feel so comfortable in an all women class.
I’ve been doing The Jungle Body programs (konga, Tyga, jag and burn) for at least six years and Tania is one of my favourite instructors. I love going to her konga and tyga class! She always keeps up with the new tracks when they are released at the start of the month and to add variety she will mix things with up some of the older tracks that you forgot but absolutely loved when they came out.
