The Jungle Body with Megan is workout that doesn't feel like a workout. Working out with loud music, in a dark room, with disco lights and fun choreographed moves make these classes so much fun ✨️ Megan is an amazing instructor, her energy, encouragement and friendly smile make this class a very safe and welcoming place to be.
Jungle body with Megan, is a great fun 45 minute workout. I attend the 10.30 class at Torquay on Monday and Wednesday. It’s a wonderful combination of dancing, 80s style aerobics and some boxing moves. Megan is one of the best instructors, and I’ve been doing aerobics since the 1980s. Love a good grapevine move. Megan is thoughtful and the sound tracks and class themes, are inclusive and inspiring.
Jungle Body with Megan is a fabulous boost mid week to my morale and energy levels. It’s a great work out, whilst having fun and learning some cheeky dance moves along the way.
