I've only joined recently but 3 classes in and Im addicted. The energy that Em brings to the class is infectious and Im telling anyone who will listen to join. I've found my new passion for health and fitness. Thanks Em!
Amazing workout. Em and the girls are so welcoming and it’s a great workout for all.
This is honestly the best cardio / dance class I could ever imagine. The environment makes it so fun, and inclusive to all people. After years of being so anxious to get back into dancing/ working out I’ve finally found my safe place! So grateful for the atmosphere Em makes 🫶
So grateful to have found Em and her classes, no matter what sort of day I’ve had seeing her and doing the classes always leaves me feeling great. Such a supportive and fun environment!! Couldn’t recommend higher 🫶
