It's a great place for the children and good for parents to relax also. The staff are great and friendly.
First time visiting, took my 11 month old daughter. 0-2 area has several children who were 5+ running around with outdoor shoes on. There were no staff around monitoring the area. Tables and high chairs had fluid over many and were also sticky and in need of cleaning. We lasted no more than 30mins as the larger kids were scaring my baby. The area itself is very small and basic with actually very limited accessibility to children that are not walking yet or with an ability to climb of a 2 year old. Plenty of seating, staff were friendly, food options were good. Clean and felt safe enough for the kids. The quality of the socks are terrible though. First time wearing their pair, went down the steep slide twice and melted a hole in the heel, and I wasn't trying to slow myself down either - just not good quality. So much for "specially designed socks". Apart from that, the experience for my kids was awesome. Wouldn't mind replacement socks though...
