Do NOT live here — Worst experience in San Marcos I’ve lived in San Marcos for over four years, and without a doubt, this has been the worst, most poorly managed apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The unit was infested with roaches, and the office staff consistently demonstrated a complete lack of urgency or care for tenant needs. From the moment I moved in, the kitchen light was missing. the experience in this establishment not only has been more than welcoming, but the staff, actually goes above and beyond to make this a safe place to live in. i had the pleasure of speaking with, Ms. Haley, and was more than attentive with her time and energy to be able to make sure, my friend didn’t end up in a position where homelessness was an option. please reach out for help, they deeply care about you.
