When I first signed, the people were very nice supportive and helped me with a random roommate process however, when they changed ownership, I was then placed with a male roommate, not once, but twice after asking to not be roomed with a male several times when I expressed concern, they said that it wasn’t up to them and they couldn’t fix it very unprofessional very unsafe. The furniture was also beyond damaged when I moved in, and I did not get my deposit back, even though the previous damage was reported in my first lease.

I contacted Juction to find an apartment for a friend and spoke with Diana. Her positive attitude was truly refreshing. She was so helpful and kind. I hope my friend rents here.

The property was absolutely disgusting during my tour. It smelled heavily like cigarettes and weed everywhere and felt dirty and poorly maintained. I immediately decided not to move forward after touring. I never lived there and never submitted or paid for an application. Years later, they sent me a $225 charge with a collection threat. I disputed it and even filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General, and they still failed to respond to the Attorney General’s office after multiple attempts. I had such an amazing experience with the team at this apartment community! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, making the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Their customer service truly stands out!
