This place is the worst apartment complex I have stayed at during my 6 years in Tucson as a student. When moving in, the apartment was filthy and the couch was damaged far beyond repair and they refused to replace it for us. My carpet was also ripped to shreds around the door and that was never replaced. My bedroom window was missing its screen, the dryer constantly broke, and the dishwasher did not clean. Friendly & welcoming staff, great location near the university!
I spend 6 months here and it was a mess. When I arrived, the bedroom was dirty. When I left they never gave me the deposit back after 2 years and multiple reminders. Run away !!
It has been 2 years since i left the residence and i still didn't receive my deposit check after sending at least 10 mails.
Good location and room quality. Admin is nice and listens. They will try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. I have to pay $80 a month for parking and $60 for fees on top of my utility payments. Also, I requested maintenance for a kitchen appliance and was told it was fine even when smoke came out every time it was turned on.
