This is the worse place to live by far! I WOULD NOT MOVE HERE! I have had several issue with the noise level after quiet hours with the surrounding neighbors and have addressed it several times to management and they have yet to take it serious. They let tenants get away with anything regardless if it’s on the lease agreement . If you’re looking to come home to a quiet relaxing apartment this building is not for you. I was deeply disappointed by my experience with the leasing team at Glenwest, particularly with Jason Murayama and Alex. After expressing genuine interest in an available unit and demonstrating that I met the posted requirements, I was unexpectedly told I couldn’t move forward — without a clear explanation or consistent reasoning. Jason Murayama is extremely unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
