I was deeply disappointed by my experience with the leasing team at Glenwest, particularly with Jason Murayama and Alex. Jason Murayama is extremely unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
I've never written a review before but I had to for this apartment. I've been without consistent hot water for 10 MONTHS. I thought it was a fluke intially and literally boiled water so I could take a hot shower. It took me threatening to not pay my rent for them to pretend to fix it. Now I get hot water but at random times. It's so unpredictable and inconvenient. I can't take a shower whenever I want to. The water is almost never hot in the morning and I have to wait until the evening to shower and that's only if the water'... read more
