I've never written a review before but I had to for this apartment. I've been without consistent hot water for 10 MONTHS. I thought it was a fluke intially and literally boiled water so I could take a hot shower. It took me threatening to not pay my rent for them to pretend to fix it. Now I get hot water but at random times. It's so unpredictable and inconvenient. I can't take a shower whenever I want to. The water is almost never hot in the morning and I have to wait until the evening to shower and that's only if the water'... read more

Great place to stay. Amenities, community, and location is amazing!!
There was a couple of issues when I initially moved into this building but after new management took place I saw that things quickly turned around. I believe this building is very beautiful and they always keep it clean. I’ve never had any issues with my neighbors or the neighborhood. You become almost lazy to drive because much of what you require is walking distance.
