This management company is absolutely horrible! We reserved a unit back in May 2024. We waited patiently for our TH to be done. We had to always do the communicating with very vague emails and no real info… at first it was the townhome will be ready in August and then it was October all in between that time we were told they would keep us posted ,which they never did. Alan the maintenance worker is very educated and knows what he’s doing. All the staff is wonderful :)
Alan is an incredible maint guy he is very helpful and resolved all of my issues in a timely fashion. He is great!
