My boyfriend & I moved in almost 2 weeks ago. Trey was very understanding, accommodating & patient. He is very responsive & attentive when it comes to any questions we may have. We love our new home! It’s so peaceful here and in great walking distance to so many places. All the tenants we have met are very friendly as well. If you’re looking to move or even if it’s your first apartment you’re looking into, just GO FOR IT. It’s a great great place.
I just signed a new lease and moved in! I was so impressed with the complex and the neighborhood. Trey was absolutely fantastic to work with, he patiently answered my many questions and walked me through the entire process. Would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a new home in plaza midwood!
Leasing still tries when they work banker hours and holidays. Is what it is and why vendors never have access NOR are resident complaints dealt with. Leasing should work weekends? Isn't this sales?
We have lived at the Julien for just under a year now. We couldn’t ask for a better home! The staff and maintenance team ( esp June and Dwayne) go above and beyond to make sure the property is clean, safe and up to date. We couldn’t be happier with our new home in Charlotte.
Cannot say enough things great about the staff at the Julien! They have been so incredibly helpful and kind with my first month of living here!
