We just renewed our lease for a second year, and we couldn’t be happier living at The Julian! The community events are always fun, and the office staff is amazing—Lia always goes above and beyond, Lisa is wonderful, and Mark is always so friendly. The few times I’ve needed maintenance, the requests were handled within hours. We truly love it here!
I have been living here for about for a few months. They claim its luxury living - there is nothing luxury about it. Let's start with the manager Melissa ... When I started here, she didn't even say hello, let alone greet her new resident. Whenever I've stopped in at the office since then, she has never once said hi. She will also lie to you and dismiss any issue. I was given an apartment that was vacant for a while - I did it all online. They claimed it was low season that's why it was vacant. Just moved here, great management, NO ROACHES (or any that I've seen I guess), you set up your own network, your own laundry. People are friendly, and there's trash pickup. A nice little pool and a good mail area. Good pond for fishing too. (Catfish, largemouth, and a few others I've been told) My only complaint is some people not picking up after their large dogs in the dog park. There's literally bags provided 😪😪 and been in some parking wars with a very loud diesel truck that parks right next to our window and wakes us ... read more
