The seafood is phenomenal, but the service is horrible. We entered the resturant at 9:28 stood approximately 10 minutes before being told they stop seating at 9:30...wait we were here no employees saw us but no one acknowledgedPoor customer service, after much debate we were allowed to place a to go order. For future reference the owner need to state no one is seated after 9:30!
Host told us wait was 45 minutes so we should leave, come back tomorrow or order to go. It was just 9pm, few people were waiting yet there were plenty of available tables. In town for for AAU Regional Track meet and had heard great reviews, looking forward to good seafood but was turned away even though hours posted said open till 10
Me and my son came here and ordered the shrimp and crab legs ($31) extra ($4) for sausage, then our food came out with the heads on the shrimp, this was our first time here and she didn't give us the option of head on or head off, the manager comes out and said he will fix the problem for another ($4) I'm like really....so they just lost ($40+) and the food they have to throw out and customers because off a mistake a waitress made that total $4... Thus place was incredible. The food was wonderful. I had the shrimp basket, I really truly loved it.
Not worth the amount of money that they charge.For that amount at lease they could give you real plates and silver ware.$29.00 for 2 sections of Crab legs and 1 lb of shrimp The they asked if I wanted to pay them $4.00 to take the heads off the Shrimp! We won't go back and would not recommend it to anyone unless they want to throw away money
Delicious seafood having the seafood platter right now!! Great place will come again!!!
Great food and excellent service. Summer, our waitress, was a delight! Can't wait to come back.
