The atmosphere was great, and the food was good too.
Server never came back to refill drinks and we had to ask multiple people multiple times for the check and to-go bags for 40 minutes.
I have visited this Juicy Crab location about 6–7 times this year, and unfortunately this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I came with a party of 14, and from the beginning, the service was disappointing. We asked for drinks and never received them until I had to go ask the front hostess twice. Our waiter, the African American gentleman with dreadlocks, was inattentive throughout the meal. My order was incorrect, the spice level was wrong, and I never received the sauce I ordered. Best juicy crab I been too and customer service is great , Tristian was a great server and the food was sooo good and fresh!
