Me and my boyfriend love their food they really never disappoint for us but the past couple of times including today the service hasn’t been good at all. I ordered ahead a smoothie and it said 4:10 but they took an EXTRA 15 MINS to make the smallest size smoothie. We had people in order after we had been standing there and get their orders before us. It really is a shame to leave a bad review when we come here often and enjoy the smoothies and the bowls.
Closing staff on labor day were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Will not be returning.
Second time I’ve ordered online and showed up at directed time at least 20 minutes after and drink isn’t ready. Don’t bother ordering ahead or if in a rush, these people don’t take your time into account and move as slow as molasses. Twice now I haven’t been able to receive my order due to an added ten minutes to wait times… 30 minutes to make a smoothie? Wow. 25 bucks pissed away
I ordered a smoothie online while doing some shopping and the service picking it up was absolutely terrible. I used to come here a lot when I worked downtown, it's definitely not worth it now.
