I used to enjoy coming here, but unfortunately the quality, cleanliness, and customer service have really gone downhill. I ordered a panini and after taking a few bites, I found a hair in my food. I immediately brought it back and explained what happened. What bothered me almost as much as finding the hair was the response. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Juice Pod Havertown!! The staff is always so sweet and welcoming, and the owner is truly amazing. You can tell how much she pours into her business and how much she genuinely cares about every little detail. It’s amazing to watch everything she does on social media, but it’s even better getting to see that same energy and passion in person as a customer. And the FOOD!!! I used to think Juice Pod was just a smoothie place, until I went to the JUICE POD HAVERTOWN! Not only are their smoothies and acai bowls amazing, their food is TOP TIER. I used to not really care for the Juice Pod wraps but that buffalo crispy chicken caesar wrap from Juice Pod Havertown is TO DIE FOR!
