Very easy to find with nice waiting room as I brought someone for their appointment. Have a female only waiting room which is something I've not seen anywhere else. Quick in with appointment. Patient noted medical personnel where knowledgeable and professional.

Told to come in for appointment 30 minutes prior to appointment. I was there 35 minutes but was not taken back for another 30 minutes past my appointment time. Only Consolation was my tech was really terrific. Will not come in that much early again.

I had a very frustrating experience when calling to schedule my MRI appointment. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only was she dismissive, but she also spoke to me as if I were incompetent. I simply had some questions, but her attitude was condescending and made the whole process stressful. It's really disappointing to receive such poor customer service, especially when dealing with something as important as healthcare. The person who answered the phone was so rude to me I was in tears over what I was asking her about asking if they could review separate documents and she was cutting me off and talking in such a rude manner saying they couldn’t do what I was asking but as if I was stupid to even ask that in the first place.

I am very trusting of staff here. They are very knowledgeable and personable. They walk you through every aspect of the process. I was having an MRI of my shoulder this week. Last time I had labs and a back xray. They take you from one part to the very end and walk you out to either the waiting room if someone is waiting for you or lead you to the correct door to exit closest to your vehicle. All staff are very professional.
