This workshop was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I'm so thankful I had the courage to sign up and walk through the door of Amy's beautiful home. Being vulnerable with a group of women who started of as strangers and left as sisters was the most profound experience. I'm so thankful to Amy for leading such a liberating and beautiful retreat and giving us the courage to tap into ourselves. I would highly recommend Amy as a somatic teacher to anyone! ❤️
My days at this workshop were such an incredible experience. I learned so much and pushed myself, comfortably and safely to new places!! Joyful Places!! Additionally, that magic wand doesn’t disappoint LOL. Take the chance, love yourself and expand yourself with Amy!
