Been going to this place for 5 years never had a dirty urinalysis missed a single appointment Finn had my take homes revoked I then told her I couldn’t get there every day then. “Finn” says ok so you wanna go ama ? No i never said anything about going AMA .. to sum it up . This place is not recommended if you’re seeking treatment BHG doesn’t care about its patients BHG only cares about their next dollar . Ps I will be taking BHG to court
I was looking for support and this facility was recommended. I had been recently diagnosed with cancer and decided that going back on Suboxone would be beneficial during this time. My experience so far has been terrible with the exception of the receptionist. The receptionist is kind, professional and helpful. I am a peer recovery specialist from NJ. I actually have mostly good experiences at this establishment. There are always bumps in the road in this type of environment but the people that choose to stay and work here, truly care and become close to their patients. My counselor, Finn, (BIG snaps to her 🫰🏼🫰🏼) has bent over backwards for me more than once, because she has seen how hard I have been working and the progress I’ve made. So she fights for me. Finn is a knowledgeable, honest and empathic counselor. Her dedication to helping those in the Westerly area is admirable. She makes time to listen to her clients and be there for them. Finn has helped me process past traumas and was there for me while I was grieving a close family member. I am forever grateful!
