The Discovery Chat was great. Helped me understand the ins and outs of the gym. Would recommend giving it a go.
My PT session with Matt was brilliant. I felt really motivated and Matt explained loads to me today about positioning and posture. Loving it.
Good facility with some very lovely trainers and community! We came in for one session as we were only passing through Helensburgh and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of machines and the space. Very clean and well maintained too. Special shout-out to Tracey whose kindness just made our day!
Went to this gym on a trip through Helensburgh and was really happy with it. The facilities were great, it’s a Hyrox Partner gym which is amazingly equipped. Everything you need over two floors including showers and although not installed yet, a cold plunge and sauna! We were greeted and shown the ropes by Tracey who was fabulous, warm and super friendly! I would highly recommend! Thank you x
Really enjoy going here, met some great people. I'm far stronger and fitter from when I first started around a year ago.
