It's a nice hotel overall and the staff is great. The restaurant is good, but overpriced for what it is. My one real gripe is with the underground parking. You need to pull up to the door, phone the front desk and then somebody physically has to walk down and open the door for you. This is an absolutely archaic system that they need to fix. It's 2025, not 1965. There are literally dozens of ways to make this process easier and maintain security.

Just got back from staying three nights at the Josie hotel and it definitely didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. The building looks great from the outside and the front entrance. The staff were all very helpful. We got to our room and when we opened the window to the mountain view that we paid extra for, we could almost see into a bunch of other people’s rooms who were also staring at as due to the design of the hotel.
