Please stay away from this company, I worked with Joseph Proia directly to try to get an SBA loan in 2023. My experience was horrible, Joe did not live up to his promise, he collected $10k to put in escrow and after he failed to be able to secure me a loan he refused to refund me my escrow money 13 months later. Absolutely the worst mortage lender to call he is a liar he lied to me from day 1.
