These guys make things very complicated then it should be! I scheduled an appointment to view the house. I get a text from them asking to submit driver license. I did all that to prove myself for “safety” got another text to submit driver license again next to face “like a selfie” did that again. Appointment was canceled because I did not submit it on time apparently. Was asked to resubmit all for next day appointment, did all that. Although we didn’t end up renting the home, working with Michael was such a positive experience. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely went out of his way to help us. He went out of the way to set up an after-hours tour and always responded quickly and thoroughly to our questions. His professionalism and warmth made us feel truly valued throughout the process. Michael is exceptional at what he does, and anyone would be lucky to work with him!
