They overcharged me and didn’t issue the credits that were promised at checkout. Called when I didn’t see them come off. They apologized and said they would credit back the $250+ that they overcharged. A week later and that still hasn’t happened but they did charge another $40 to my card. It’s a decent enough hotel, but now I’m going to end up spending a bunch of time chasing down money they’ve stolen from me. This was our 3rd and probably last time staying there.
