IN MY CASE THE TREE I PURCHASED ARRIVED DEAD. THEY TRIED TO CONVINCE ME IT WOULD REVIVE EVEN AFTER I SENT PHOTO'S. JOHNSTEEN WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR OWN WARRANTY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. HP HORTICULTURIST, CERTIFIED NURSERYMEN
