Didn't communicate with tenants or landlords. Didn't conduct inperson inspections for the owners, attempted to organise open house inspections during my tenancy with less than 24hrs notice. Then Attempted to lie about tenants being 'impossible to communicate with' in court documents, disregarded at NCAT hearing. Claimed entirety of bond without informing owners causing them to appear at court.
Poor communication. They will just ignore you if problems are raised and answer their phone with a rude "what do you want". They acted on their own without discussing with the landlord, including virtual inspections only for 3.5 years, claiming full bond and wrong cleaning quotes. Lazy AF. We just won the NCAT bond dispute hearing today, finally getting my bond back after moving out 7 months ago.
I had a wonderful experience renting with The Joneses Estate Agents. The team was always professional, responsive, and approachable. Our property manager, Angela, was helpful throughout our tenancy and made the whole process, from move-in to move-out, smooth and hassle-free. At the end of our lease, everything was handled efficiently, and our bond was refunded on the same day when the outgoing inspection was done. We were lucky enough to have these guys as our agents while we rented a place in Baulkham Hills. Fantastic agents are hard to come by, Angela has provided the majority of the service for us and has always been pleasant to deal with. We're actually going to miss them!
