The lawyer never talked to me about my case. For weeks I asked for a refund then she responded after many email attempts that the court didn’t approve to remove her from the case. None of numbers provided I was ever able to make contact with anyone. And my case is getting dismissed so I paid $1000 for no reason.

I have been trying to schedule my free consultation with Petra since October 20th. I have reached out to their office 3 or 4 times now (even though THEY were supposed to call ME initially) and they always say I'll get a call back, but it never comes. I have told them when I call that I keep getting promised a call back, but they keep saying "this" time I really really will get a call back Clearly this office is a mess and has some major organizational and communication issues.

Not trying to bash this business, but my personal experience with Petra Jones was not the best. The main issues included communication, promptness and organization. There were several occasions where I didn’t receive a response. But the biggest issue, was when she missed one of our court dates. I called and texted so many times, the office and her business phone number and no response until after 5pm. Ms. Jones is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I never walked away from our time together feeling anything but satisfied and informed. I would absolutely use her again, and would recommend her services without any hesitation.
