I had reached out to the firm on the 22 the lawyer stated he’d reach back out to me via email the Friday following the 22nd when I’m he’d got back to town. Didn’t get a response or hear anything back so I emailed again on Nov 4th he stated he’d call at 5:30 didn’t call til approximately 20 min after then he answered stated his first and last name and then basically told me he’s traveling and told me get straight to the point and rushed me and eventually I just disconnected the call because he clearly wasn’t in the business o... read more

PUBLIC BE AWARE! This law firm is a scam! Mr. Jones only have one phone number who he text and call you from and immediately after you paid his "attorney fee", he disappeared. And of course his phone number no longer works.
As someone else stated, it is rare to get an attorney that you actually speak to, and not an answering service or secretary. Eric dealt with my matter timely, professionally, and tactfully. He answered any questions that I had, and educated me way on what was happening.
Eric is a top notch attorney who treats his clients with dignity and respect. Having to file a lawsuit can be very overwhelming and Eric took the time to explain each step throughout the entire process. His easy nature and extensive knowledge of the law gave me great comfort throughout. Additionally he was completely transparent throughout and there were no surprise fees or costs.
