Great company to deal with ie communication, updates, punctual deliveries, affordable. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have tried and use quite a few of their products. They are all lovely and leave your skin feeling amazing. I especially like how this is an Australian-grown, family business. If you want to start somewhere, start with the Jojo Oil. This goes on silky-smooth and your skin looks and feels so lovely after use. Recently introduced to Jojoba products and I am so happy with their results. Only a small amount is needed, feels fabulous on my skin and reasonably priced. The Ultimate Serum is amazing and combined with the Day Cream I'm ready for the day ahead. At night, the Activating Cleansing Oil not only gently removes my foundation, but I no longer need harsh eye makeup remover as it works a breeze taking it off, leaving my skin feeling so smooth and clean. Best of all, Jojoba is Australian!
The customer service is outstanding and the products are great too. I’m 75 and get patches of dry skin plus I’m having chemo which dries my skin. The Jojoba oil has really made a difference. As for the customer service - I placed an order that didn’t arrive. When I contacted Jojoba, Ammee emailed me and then followed up with a phone call. The issue was with AusPost and Ammee sent me a replacement order Express Post! I’m a very happy customer. Thank you again Ammee.
Really love all the Jojoba company products. Nourishing products which make my skin glow. In particular I love their new moisturising balm, smells divine and my skin soaks it up. Bonus that its an Australian made and owned company. Highly recommend
