I was a member for a couple months. I tried to call to cancel my membership because I no longer attended and was told I must go in person to cancel my membership. I had work that day and was unable to go in to cancel. I went in the next day to cancel after being charged the day of and was told no refund option was available. Even after calling the day prior to attempt to cancel.
What an amazingly easy experience! Very comfortable atmosphere and expert service. Thank you!
