I’ve always been impressed with the quality of care at The Joint, but today was a disappointment. I arrived at 10am as the first and only customer. The young woman who attempted my adjustment gave up after like 3 minutes. I mentioned I thought it was facet-joint related; she insisted it was probably a rib. When she couldn’t get any movement there, I asked if she could check for a facet issue—she said no. It felt like a waste of a credit.
