This place is awesome!! Love The Joint!
I was in significant pain when I went in for my first visit. I saw Dr. Kaitlyn at the Northville, Mi location, she's friendly, professional, and most importantly, she listened to me. She walked me through the entire adjustment to make sure I was comfortable and understood the process. After a few visits, I have made tremendous improvements. I credit Dr. Kaitlyn for this progress. Great place, so happy they are open full time again. Love Dr Kaitlyn. Hope they remain open long term.
Their policy needs work. At first I thought they were accommodating for college students but that is not the case at all. They just want your money. Told me that I could freeze my account before I left for school but didn’t clarify that freezing wouldn’t count for visits… freezing is only that, freezing so you don’t get charged for the next two or three months but you still have to use the visits you’ve already paid for.
