I walked in- or rather hobbled- using my husband's arm for balance and seriously in pain.. I left feeling seen, understood and honestly so much better. Yes my hip and neck is tight, following my appointment- but that is expected after all of the compression, tightness, and knots in my muscles. After the consultation and my first adjustment, I am able to sit up straight without hurting- and the best part is, for the first time in 4 days my headache is easing up..
