I had a 4:30 PM appointment and arrived on time, only to find the location completely closed. I called the listed phone number multiple times, but no one answered. The hours posted online and on the door both stated that the business was open until 7:00 PM, yet there was no staff present and the doors were locked. Booked an appointment for today @6pm got there early the door said office hours 10am-2:45pm and then 2:45-7pm. Google said it was open. When I got there the office was dark and no one was there. No notification that the office was being closed early, this is unprofessional especially when there are appointments scheduled. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. FYI: you can’t even get anyone on the phone at the location or the corporate location. HORRIBLE
