I was told they understood joint hypermobility.... Nope.... I told them I had a spot in my back from an injury and please do not touch it. Stuck his finger in it, pressed, and moved it around triggering it. I dealt with ridiculous pain for 6 weeks.... Then I was told I bought a package of appointments and would be charged for the first month and the next. I find more charges on my bank account today. When I call I was put on a wellness plan. I wish I could give them 0 rating I visited this clinic about three months ago and signed up for a promotional package — 8 sessions for $79 plus a one-time $29 fee. I was told this was a one-month offer, so I booked it. Unfortunately, I only managed to attend 3 sessions and saw no noticeable improvement in my condition, so I stopped going. Later, I noticed they charged me another $79 without my permission.
