I went a total of 2 times. I signed up for what I thought was a 2 month agreement. I had a death in the family and had to leave town. I thought I would have only needed to pay the 2 months so I didn't give it alot of thought. They kept charging me a monthly fee for another 3 months, knowing I have only made 2 visits. When I called to get it stopped, there was no sympathy. They didn't even consider working with me. I was hoping to continue services with a little "credit".. I’m a bodybuilder, which means I’m constantly in the gym—training six days a week. Because of that, I need to get adjusted at least once a week to keep my body aligned and functioning properly. I started using The Joint early 2025 after a hiatus chiropractic care. I'd never used this this type of walk-in care model, but it's been nothing but positive. I primarily see Dr. Ron at the Laveen location, but occasionally receive care from his partner, Dr. Jay. Both of them do great at conducting a consultative conversation before every treatment to make sure we're focusing on the areas of greatest need.
