Just cancelled my membership due to walk in treatment is now a minimum of 45 minutes and new patient consultations take priority. I shouldn’t have to download an app to get treatment or jump though extra steps when the business model is for walk in treatment. I had a membership for almost 3 years and I’ve had enough of paying monthly and barely seeing someone because of the constant new consultations and high wait times. Have enough people to cover bases, especially on weekends. 1 person for a whole region is short sighted.
Everyone was wonderful. Got me in right away as a walk-in. I’m feeling so much better. I highly recommend DR Brown and staff
Shout out to the Joint Chiropractic! The staff there are so wonderful—friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always make each visit a pleasant experience. You can tell the whole team genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Hanna, she’s amazing! Extremely talented in her craft, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to listen and understand your concerns. I always leave feeling so much better after my adjustments.
Very professional and nice, Dr. Brown is excellent and knowledgeable. The guy at the counter could not have been friendlier and caring. Very glad I went.
