I did not feel welcomed during my visit. I waited over 30 minutes while at least five customers who arrived after me were seen first. Eventually, I walked out, only to be called from the door and asked if I still wanted to be seen. I was very disappointed in the lack of service—first impressions are lasting, and unfortunately, this one was not positive.
I moved here about 2 months ago. Drove from Oregon. My body has been pretty angry with all that driving and packing/moving. Went in yesterday to get adjusted, my neck and right shoulder had so much pain. Let's just say it sounded like the 4th of July with all that cracking and popping! I felt instant relief! Everything got adjusted! I feel incredible! I will for sure be back! Thank you!
Dr Taylor was amazing. My experience with your caring staff was very positive and my desired outcome was achieved. I was relatively pain free after my adjustment that lasted from Thursday through Saturday and a cold train ride home in between. Also I was able to sleep better than I have in a long time. I’m confident I will greatly benefit from the follow up course of treatment provided by Dr Taylor. Thank you so much for the pain relieving experience.
