My first time going today and it was amazing! Already got my plan and looking forward to feeling great!
This review has nothing to do with the services provided and everything to do with the insidious billing practices. My husband signed up for a 3 month trial and was told if he wanted to renew after the 3 months he could. He did not renew. It turns out they automatically enrolled him in a monthly membership so for the past 6 months he has been charged $70 every month without his knowledge. Seems like they are very good at the job.
Dr Joseph asked a lot of questions and seemed very engaged with my concerns. The experience was greater than I expected for my first time seeking chiropractic health. I left with a 3 month, 4 times a month wellness package and very much look forward to my next visit!
